We invite you all to come and sip a cocktail, explore the house and take your wedding planning up a gear with a plethora of delights and inspiration...
If you are already planning your wedding at Elmore Court there's no need to book ahead, just rock up on the day, show your friends and loved ones around and make yourselves at home!
If you have never before visited our wedding venue, and are searching for the perfect place to get married in 2025 (So sorry to say we have limited availability left in 2024!) scroll on to book a private tour to find out if this is the place for you...
Private Tours of the house
For those of you who have only just stumbled across our wedding venue, are keen to visit to find out if it's the one for you, and are looking for a date in late 2024 or in 2025 (we are fully booked until then!)
The best plan is to have a private tour of the house with Team E where you can find out exactly how we do things here and what makes our wedding venue so unusual.

For you lucky lot who are already booked, or have already celebrated your wedding with us, members of Team E will also be on hand and hanging out in the Gillyflower for hugs, wedding planning questions and all the other important bits and bobs.
Wedding Planning
We love to hold your hand all the way through your wedding planning journey at Elmore Court, and are always on hand to offer advice, name drop a few of our favourite suppliers and chat through all your wedding ideas. Parties are a serious business here!
But if you want to take it up a notch, are pushed for time or just flat out dreading the whole wedmin thing, it might be worth considering a full service wedding planner... Luckily we have one of the best of the best, who also happens to have worked at Elmore Court as a wedding coordinator for many years!
Salt and Scent
Being ex Team E, there is no better wedding planning service for an Elmore Court wedding than Rachel Terret and Leesa Cole at Salt and Scent...
Rachel will be on hand at Sprung to chat through what hiring a wedding planner will do for you (short story: everything!!) and answer any wedding questions you have.

Wedding styling & decor
The house and Gillyflower will be beautifully styled and looking wedding ready. With a whole host of wedding inspiration from florals to styling, decor to furniture and all the talented suppliers on hand to talk through your wedding plans and lend their wisdom.

Emerald Paper Design
The brilliant and multi talented Emma of Emerald Paper Design has once again blow our brains with the stunning illustration she created for Sprung. Featuring the house and wider estate, here it is in all it's floral glory. You will also get a copy to take home on the day with a handy map on the back to help you find your way around.
Emma will join us on the day with a selection of her designs and a paintbrush in hand- be sure to catch her at work, it's always mesmerising.
Sorori Design & Lauren Grey
This talented mother daughter team are a real favourite at Elmore Court, from bright blooms to elegant and natural candlelit tablescapes, they do wonders with wedding flowers and wedding styling.
We can't wait to see how they transform the Gillyflower this time!
Flowers by Lucy Charlotte floral design
We were so excited to see the abundance of 'artfully untamed' florals by Lucy Charlotte at recent weddings here we jumped at the chance to invite her to our next wedding fair... We can't wait to see what wild wonders she creates!
Duchess & Butler
Duchess & Butler have the most beautiful array of dinnerware, cutlery and accessories to make any wedding luxe and gorgeous.
We can't wait to see their tablescape in the dining room.
Dot & the Dandelion
Flicky of Dot and the Dandelion will be transforming the dining room this year with her beautiful florals
Deabill & Quince
The fun and fabulous Deabill & Quince will be showcasing some of her beautiful wedding stationery... Here's one of our favourite Elmore Court weddings that she sprinkled her magic on below:
Furniture on the move
Stylish furniture for weddings isn't always easy to find, luckily we have the fabulous Furniture on The Move joining us at Sprung... Their gorgeous sofas and cool coffee tables add the perfect touch of cosiness to weddings here, and make a great chill out area for those little breaks between dancing
Food & Drink
You will not go hungry or thirsty... In fact with this selection of delights, you might well leave stuffed full!
Cocktails on arrival is a bit of a tradition now, we create a signature cocktail from scratch for each and every wedding fair using sustainable and delicious ingredients. You'll have to wait and see what we cook up this time around, we're excited to get experimenting.
Canapes will be whizzing out of the Elmore kitchens all day, a delicious selection of our latest sweet and savoury treats to give you a taste of how good our chefs really are...
You do have to be quick to grab them as the boards tend to be emptied within minutes...
As well as our own freshly prepared food and drink we also have some brilliant and fun festival style food stalls and vans joining us in the Gillyflower meadow...
Marvellous medicine
Marvellous medicine make the most mouth watering stone baked pizza from their cute little truck.
Soul Fries
Back by popular demand with their delicious festival inspired moorish loaded fries, Soul Fries are not to be skimped on!
Wholly Gelato
Leave room for pudding. Wholly gelato (our free range dairy farming neighbours who also happen to make award winning artisan ice cream!) will be serving up scoops of delight from their little ice cream stand...
Zaza Marcelle
If that's not enough to leave you bursting at the seams, we will also have two talented wedding cake makers showcasing beautiful designs and handing out samples.
Zaza Marcelle is run by Isabelle a French patisserie chef who loves cakes, her eye for design is just as delicious as the flavour of her creations.
Cake Daydreams
Claire makes the most incredible wedding cakes and is a regular at Elmore Court, her designs are both beautiful and mouth watering!
Our very own sommelier!
Andy C and Leesa! Our very own brilliant sommeliers will be on hand sharing their wine wisdom and pouring generous tasters for you to choose exactly the right tipple for your wedding menu...
If you find something you just can't part with, fear not, there will be bottles to take away too.
Off Road Bean
Off Road Bean are back by popular demand with their delicious coffee served from a Land Rover!
Music
We will all be feeling the sap rising and be ready for a bit of a party by March 19th, don't you think? Of course we will have a soundtrack to dance to... Here's the full lineup!
Royal
Royal are alllll about the party. They will be roaming Sprung with sax, trumpet, DJ, percussion and vocals in tow spreading feel good Ibiza sun soaked vibes and carnival energy... We'll also be lucky enough to catch a full set in the Gillyflower meadow so you definitely won't miss them.
Think Dance, House, RnB & Chart bangers with a live party band for added groove. We can't wait!
Nero String Quartet
Whole bridal parties have been brought to tears by their soundscapes, if that's not enough of a reason to keep inviting them back then we're not sure what is!
Our brilliant friends Nero strings will be back with their take on all the string quartet classics and latest bangers too of course.
DJ Luke Nukem with Live Sax
DJ Luke Nukem is a real favourite with our lovely couples here- he certainly knows how to fill the floor. Combined with the groovy sounds of Seanne on live saxophone we'll be transported to party vibes in sunnier climes. Bring it on!
Abi Phillips
The wonderful Abi Phillips will be back to impress you and your guests with her beautiful acoustic renditions of all your recent favourites. Yippee!

We have some of the wedding industry's finest photographers joining us this March, from moody shots to fun and candid documentary style they have it covered.
The brilliant Eve Dunlop, Gary Nunn, Laura Martha Tom Durn and David Grange are ready and raring to join us.
They'll be snapping away on the day (so you might even find you have a lovely memory of your visit on our journal afterwards too) but don't be shy, they are super friendly and would love to chat to you about your wedding photos and answer any questions you have on booking the best photographer for your big day...

Our gifted friend Giulia brings Cotswold spa to the Coach house for anyone looking for a bit of pampering the night before their wedding day... You will be able to meet her in person in March, and possibly also sample a little taster of one of her blissful treatments too if you're lucky.
Kushi Cars
This gorgeously unique Indian ambassador wedding car has been coming to weddings at Elmore Court for as long as we've hosting them, we can't wait until you see the inside! Wow.
Darren campbell magician
Wedding magicians aren't all made like this, after nearly 10 years of watching him perform we are still absolutely sure Darren Campbell is actually magic.

Wedding childcare sounds a bit boring doesn't it? Well trust us when we say Pitch up and Play will completely change your minds on that...
We've actually had couples change their whole wedding plans from adults only to include children after meeting them. Beautiful play tents and gorgeous toys so inviting you'll want to get stuck in yourself!
We really wanted to make extra sure this wedding fair was child friendly as it also falls on mothers day, so please don't leave your little ones at home.
